August 14, 2018Chris Pratt is definitely one of my favorite actors. Why? Because of how he acts IRL. He’s self-deprecating, honest, ‘merica lovin’ and God-fearing. He displayed all those attributes after receiving the “Generation Award” at the MTV Awards back in June.

So great. And he did it again after receiving the “Summer Movie Actor” award at the 2018 Teen Choice Awards over the weekend.
“I want to thank God,” Pratt said. “I always do that when I’m up on a big platform in front of a bunch of young faces. I say I love God. That’s my thing.”
“I love Him,” he continued. “And you should too.”
It may sound silly, but kids are impressionable, and there is literally NO better advice you could ever give someone. It doesn’t matter what you’re facing. God is the answer. Draw close to Him, and He’ll draw close to you. He’s so faithful and so good. I speak from experience.
Amen to that, Chris Pratt. God is awesome, and I love Him too!
