This Dude’s Stolen Soda Cost Him $50 GRAND

You guys… stop stealing soda. Seriously.

Remember the chick that got the BEAT DOWN of a lifetime for filling a water cup with soda at a Nevada McDonald’s?

Well… we’re starting to see a pattern here.

Some dude stole a $2 soda… and ended up with a $50,000 bail bond. He is now facing a felony charge and multiple misdemeanors

Not a smart move, my dude.

So anyway, dude asks for a water cup, fills it up with soda… it all goes downhill from there.

According to KGVO:

“When confronted by an employee who informed him that he had to pay for the cup of soda he refused and left out one of the entrances.”

“The employee followed him, told him that he was not welcome back. then he turned and came back towards the employee and tried to kick that person before walking away again.”

Yeeeeah… not worth the $2 dollars. Not by a long shot.

Also… don’t be a D*CK.

Police were called… and found the guy hiding in the BATHROOM at the Denny’s next door.

“The officers were able to make entry to the bathroom, however, when they did and confronted the man, rather than comply with their instructions he approached them in what appeared to be an aggressive manner.”

ALL OVER A FREAKING SODA.

“The officers attempted to take control of him physically and that’s when he began to resist and fight with the officers and had to be tased to comply to the officer’s instructions.”

Well… that escalated, huh?

Stine is now facing a super-sized list of charges including a felony robbery charge on top of four misdemeanors including Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. Even though the large soda would have been less than $2.00, Stine faced an initial bail amount of $50,000.

DRUGS.

This HAS to be caused by drugs. Right?

I mean, is anyone this STUPID sober?
