According to Daily Caller:

During an interview on the podcast ‘Pod Save America’ Ocasio-Cortez was asked about her party being wary of her brand of socialism. The upstart socialist was asked about national Dems believing her policies are a “recipe for failure.”

Ocasio-Cortez proceeded to attack national Democrats, saying they were old and out of touch. Ocasio-Cortez said rank-in-file Democrats stuck in “90s politics.”

“They were campaigning most when we had more of an American middle class,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “This upper-middle class is probably more moderate, but that upper-middle class does not exist anymore in America.”

“Their heyday was in the 90s when kids had, like, Furbys, and soccer moms had, like, two vans. That’s not America anymore!” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Alexandria, and many of other Democrats love pretending the American middle class is dying.

This has, time and time again been proven entirely untrue. The Democrats have ABANDONED the American middle class… but we’re still here, cupcake.

You know what a GREAT strategy for winning over the people who your party has ENTIRELY IGNORED for a decade is? Telling them they’re NOT AMERICA ANYMORE.
