Earlier, Tomi Lahren ticked off a bunch of conservatives by saying, “Pressing for a Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade would be a big mistake.”
She’s feeding into the false narrative that the Supreme Court will just *POOF* revisit Roe v. Wade. That’s absolutely NOT how this works. There’s a process, and far too many people don’t realize that.
Annoying. Tomi is annoying.
“Do we really want to fight for this––alienate Democrats, moderates, and libertarians, all to lose in the end anyway?” Tomi argued. “That’s a risk I don’t think is worth taking. I’m saying this as someone who would personally choose life, but also feels it’s not the government’s place to dictate. This isn’t a black and white issue and I would never judge anyone in that position.”
I totally disagree with her stance. Again, as I stated before…
Sorry, but I see it differently. The government isn’t dictating anything. It’s not telling a woman what to do with her body. She has complete autonomy over her body until her pregnancy. At that point, another person is involved. The government isn’t telling that woman to do, but fulfilling its duty by ensuring those inalienable Constitutional protections are extended to the baby.
Here are her “final thoughts.”
I can’t express this enough. I disagree. Half of this battle is a cultural battle. We can’t ignore that.
She doubled down with this tweet.
We win by staying out of social issues. https://t.co/aOMfSiCEcO pic.twitter.com/yOeaVRwDsz

Oh girl….stop talking. Stop talking NOW.
We literally do not. Stop this nonsense. Good Lord.

When we don’t end up fighting back on social issues, we end up living in a world with 52 genders.
Cue Ben Shapiro.
Nope. We win by protecting human life, or our victories aren’t victories. https://t.co/RKzoYIyz9Q

I don't believe government regulation accomplishes that but I respect your view. We disagree- last time I checked that's still allowed in this country. https://t.co/ygWriEckgC

He didn’t say it wasn’t…
We win by standing and fighting for our convictions, pro-life, 1A, 2A, no compromise, NONE.

NO, We, the GOP, have stayed out of Social Issues and look where it got us.. Barry
It’s time to take back every aspect of our Country including Social Issues
— Chase Carroll (@politicalchase) July 8, 2018
I used to believe this, but the destruction of the family and promotion of alternatives is having a huge impact on every aspect of our lives. You ignore social issues at the long-term peril of the country. pic.twitter.com/oHKfVl2qae

Umm no. Morally, we are right on social issues.

So ignore the problems that matter to people. Got it.
— Sheldon Young (@sheldoneyoung) July 8, 2018
That’s Tomi’s strategy.
Taxpayers should not be forced to help fund Planned Parenthood Infanticide. When do the unborn children get the right to choose and their Constitutional rights? Who stands for them?

This is the idiotic ramblings of a young person that knows nothing. Completely clueless.

No we don't. https://t.co/GulVWEM8Lq

Tomi sticks to fiscal issues like free speech, illegal immigration, guns, higher ed, media bias, Kanye West, and whether Colin Kaepernick stands for the national anthem. https://t.co/XixXQRSufs

Please know Tomi doesn’t represent all “conservative” 25 year olds.
