The Republican President was ELECTED.
The President has ALWAYS appointed Supreme Court Judges.
Just because you don’t LIKE Republicans, doesn’t mean that them being in power is a “dictatorship.”

Just a guess, but if or when the Democrats control all branches of government at the same time again, I highly doubt Joy would look at that as a dictatorship.
