In a tweet Thursday, Scarborough announced that IG Michael Horowitz’ report made it official: Vladimir Putin didn’t take down Hillary Clinton, one-time liberal darling James Comey did.
“Vladimir Putin did nothing to elect Donald Trump. James Comey did,” he wrote. “Today’s IG Report proves Comey’s team sat on the Weiner letter until such time it caused maximum damage. No one did more to destroy Hillary Clinton’s campaign than James Comey.”
