May 30, 2018According to the sourcelink, a 64-year old dude in China by the name of Zhao Xingfu has been living with a tumor on his neck for the past 47 years. At first, it was the size of an egg, which is gigantic, really, when you’re talking about tumors. But for the past 47 years, Zhao has ignored the tumor (a lipoma), because it was “painless” and he was “unable to afford treatment.”
The problem is that as of a week or so ago, the tumor reached a whopping THIRTY THREE POUNDS, and looked like this:

The weight of it left him struggling to walk, so his son found a doctor (Dr Dong Shixiang) willing to remove it, raised money through family/friends, and I’m happy to report that his surgery was successful and he’s expected to make a full recovery, 33 pounds lighter.
Dr. Dong saved the day, y’all. Good ole’ Dr. Dong.
Anyway, my point is that if you have an egg-sized tumor, don’t ignore it.
