On the day of Barbara Bush’s passing, this miserable human being, Randa Jarrar, tweeted vile things about Barbara and her family.
There’s more where that came from. She also said, “I’m happy the witch is dead” and “All the hate I’m getting ALMOST made me forget how happy I am that George W Bush is probably really sad right now 😊” and accused everyone of being racist. She also bragged about her tenure, because she’s a PROFESSOR dammit! She’s sooooo tolerant and open-minded and she will NEVER BE FIRED. She makes SIX DIGITS BE JEALOUS LITTLE ONES.
Um, why would you brag about that? It’s almost like she’s using her position as a shield from consequences.
Statement by @Fresno_State President @JosephICastro regarding tweets made today by a faculty member: pic.twitter.com/h3ZbQyMmxd

Castro said he is grateful Jarrar chose to change her settings, and that her tweets are ultimately a way to educate the campus on social media use.
“One set of tweets, as horrible as they were, do not define us,” Castro said.
Jarrar did not returned requests for comment by phone and email. But she did return to Twitter Wednesday to thank her supporters.
“I’m still fabulous, thanks for checking in. Love to all of you who have sent support,” she wrote.
No remorse. She’s gross.
Cue Greg Gutfeld.
query about @Fresno_State concept of tenure: is it to protect the ability of scholars to pursue cutting edge ideas – or simply to dance on graves of the recently departed? It’s really a simple question.

the fact that the professor actually bragged about her tenure & its six figure salary, in response to her commentary about Barbara Bush, reveals that her job status is used as a shield for offense, rather than educational pursuit. @Fresno_State
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
YES. It’s a shield. That’s EXACTLY it. She’s not the only “professor” who uses her position in that way either. They think they can say whatever they want to say and hide behind the title and status. “I’m just exposing students to different viewpoints!”
No. She’s sending the message that she can say and do ANYTHING because she has immunity.
The comments of Randa Jarrar were indeed horrific. But let’s not punish the students of @Fresno_State by withholding money that assists them in their education. #BeBold and and stand with me for the University and @JosephICastro https://t.co/J4B6XgSYlq
— Bobby Kahn (@bobby_kahn) April 18, 2018
but aren’t you punishing students by employing a hateful extremist? intriguing retweet about financial concerns, from @JosephICastro of @Fresno_State https://t.co/gxi3UkRMPC
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
The point: it’s not about the vile Barbara Bush tweets, it’s that the @Fresno_state professor is exerting privilege over her students and other instructors by invoking her salary and tenure. If you let that pass what else can she do? Anything.
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
Yep. She’s basically bragging that she’s indestructible and can say whatever she wants so SUCK IT.
I should hope everyone who spends significants amount of time criticizing college snowflakes will join me in defending this professor’s right to tweet abhorrent things about Barbara Bush https://t.co/NrFg1PwIc2
— Robby Soave (@robbysoave) April 18, 2018
Not about comments Robby. It’s about boasting of privilege over fellow employees, students and peers. Which must be mocked ruthlessly. https://t.co/KE3jRGPI88
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
“Reason mag will never fire me so I’m going to crap all over your dead mother” would deserve equal derision. It’s the boast not the roast. https://t.co/KE3jRGPI88
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
Although the roast is still nasty.
You know, you could just kind of ignore dumb things that get said by a Fresno State University professor. Especially if you’ve never previously heard of the professor. Or the university.
— Kyle Smith (@rkylesmith) April 19, 2018
Or you could focus on the tenure and salary immunity she boasts of. The idea that recognizing a scam that represents a greater trend as a waste of time is odd, coming from twitter. https://t.co/08KAEUlljo
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
C’mon Greg it’s fine to mock her but surely she shouldn’t be fired.
— Kyle Smith (@rkylesmith) April 19, 2018
Not asking her to be fired. Interested in the limits of tenure when the beneficiary openly boasts of its only real purpose for her. This is a unique moment when the cynical user admits the scam https://t.co/z6fuM4JBFg
— GregGutfeld (@greggutfeld) April 19, 2018
Indeed. I wouldn’t be mad if Fresno State fired her. Just sayin’.
