I joke about Trump Derangement Syndrome… but is it a real thing? I’m actually starting to believe it’s real.
Things just got worse for a Texas Democratic councilwoman who berated a group of teenage girls when she was triggered by a Trump shirt.
The attorney representing West University Place Councilwoman Kellye Burke, who was charged with a misdemeanor for her outburst, threw gasoline into the embers of the fallout, prompting Burke to refute his remarks.

Burke had apologized to the parents of one of the teens who was confronted by the councilwoman while waiting on line to buy cookies at a local shop with friends. Burke had yelled “Grab them by the p*ssy” at the young girl who was wearing a shirt that read, “Trump: Make America Great Again.”
WHAT. THE. EFF.
This FULL GROWN CONCILWOMAN started yelling “Grab them by the p*ssy” at a KID?!
I can’t even wrap my head around how UNHINGED that is!
The parents accepted the apology offered later by Burke, who was charged with a “class C misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.”
So it’s all over, right?
Nope. Not even close.
Enter Burke’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, who then gave a local website a statement supposedly from the councilwoman following her apology.
“I apologized. I was not aware that repeating the President’s words was a crime. On behalf of the President and me, please forward additional questions to the White House.”
You’ve GOT to be kidding me.
Whether it was her or her attorney… what an arrogant, nasty thing to say. APOLOGIZE AND MOVE ON, YOU TWIT.
But following another round of “backlash,” Burke asked the website to pull the statement as it was from her attorney and not herself.

The parents of the young girl bullied by Burke – and who had initially accepted the councilwoman’s apology – now thought she “should seek therapy.”
