AWK! Kellyanne’s HUSBAND Has Been Talking SMACK About Trump On Twitter

My boyfriend and I don’t see eye to eye on EVERYTHING… but when it comes to the big stuff, we’re always on the same page.

One thing neither of us would EVER do, REGARDLESS of how we felt, is publicly talk crap about each other’s employer. No WAY would that ever be cool… (My boyfriend LOVES the Chicks, by the way. So no worries there.)

Now multiply that by about A MILLION and you get this situation.

Kellyanne Conway’s husband is talking smack about her employer on social media…

And her employer just happens to be THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

According to this:

Kellyanne Conway’s husband George appears to be going up against President Trump on his home turf: Twitter.

The White House Counselor’s husband has gone from posting little to no tweets on his account, to firing off 200 in March alone, half of which have been jibes at Trump in one way or another.

Conway, a lawyer, has spent the last few weeks tweeting and re-tweeting posts critical of Trump, and in particular of the President’s issues with his legal team defending him in the Russia-probe.

Huffington Post points out that despite joining Twitter six years ago, Conway has only posted about 520 tweets and retweets: In all of 2017, he only tweeted 31 times.

However, out of the 200 posts from the past four weeks, ‘nearly half were written with the express purpose of castigating his wife’s boss, President Donald Trump’.

Conway – a partner in a law firm – has been openly pro-Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and has been frequently re-tweeting posts about why Donald Trump has struggled to find and keep lawyers.

Yesterday, the New York Times reported that Jay Sekulow is now the only Trump attorney working full-time on legal issues related to the Special Counsel’s probe.

Conway re-posted several scolding tweets, including one which pointed out that the reason why many law firms won’t work with Trump is because – allegedly – he has used them before and not paid them, effectively accusing the President of stealing.

He also retweeted CNN’s White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins, who claimed that the reason why Trump has such issues finding officials to speak for him is his constant flip-flopping on issues.

Conway added to Collins’ post: ‘So true. It’s absurd,’ before adding sarcastically: ‘Which is why people are banging down the doors to be his comms director.’

What the HELL. This is ESPECIALLY awkward for Kellyanne…

The latter addition, Huffington Post points out, is particularly telling as his wife Kellyanne has been rumored to be in the lineup to fill the vacancy left by Hope Hicks.

Hicks’ successor has yet to be announced, despite the fact that she tendered her resignation in February.

Besides hitting out at Trump, Conway has been endorsing former Sex and the City actress Cynthia Nixon who is challenging the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo, saying she will ‘crush’ her fellow Democrat.

So… he’s a Democrat?

I’d be VERY interested to see how dinner time chat goes over in the Conway household..

I’m also interested to see if Kellyanne addresses this in any way…
