Hello. I’m just here to remind you that Lil Wayne is a giant thuggy turdblossom.
He performed in Australia over the weekend– at the Jumanji Festival in Sydney, specifically. I guess at some point, some people threw stuff on stage. That doesn’t surprise me at all. I’m assuming if you’re a fan of Lil Wayne, you have a soft spot for delinquent behavior and probably exhibit some yourself.
Back to the story. He dodged a giant water bottle or something and stopped and proceeded to explain the ground rules of attending one of his concerts. Oh. And he kinda sorta casually threatened everybody.
“Where I’m from– I think you all know that’s the states– we don’t throw s**t on stage because all my n*****s got pistols and they don’t know who to shoot at,” he said.
If it sounds like he was suggesting that no one in the states throws stuff at him because they’re afraid of getting shot by one of his friends, it’s because he was suggesting that no one in the states throws stuff at him because they’re afraid of getting shot by one of his friends.
You can watch a better version of the video here.
At the end of his little speech, he tells everyone that he’s going to be the bigger person and just leave, because he doesn’t want to have to kill everybody.
Someone please tell me why he thought this was an appropriate thing to say. Is he an idiot? (Don’t answer that. I already know the answer.) He already knows concerts are soft targets. That wasn’t a funny joke. Like, at all.
