Mika Brwhatever is VERY feminist, y’all.
She’s all about empowering and celebrating other women.
You know…
…unless those women have something to do with Trump. THEN they’re “jokes” and “insults to women.”
You’re an insult to media, Mika.
According to Daily Mail:
Mika Brzezisnki issued a scathing indictment of both First Lady Melania Trump and White House advisor Ivanka Trump on Morning Joe on Tuesday morning, saying the two women have ‘fake jobs.’
It was a brutal teardown of the women, which came after she and co-host Joe Scarborough discussed Ivanka’s refusal to engage with NBC reporter Peter Alexander over the weekend when asked about the multiple women who have accused her father of sexual misconduct.
Ivanka said it was unfair to pose such a question to her as the daughter of President Trump.
Note… Ivanka has stated that she stands by and believes her father.
How often does Chelsea get asked about her father being a RAPIST?
Does Mika have anything to say about that?
Brzezinski responded to that statement with a few remarks of her own, delivered in a very even tone but filled with some very sharp criticism.
‘Well it’s not like she’s transportation secretary. She came in there to fight for women and she can’t handle a question like that,’ said Brzezinski.
‘The whole thing is a joke. An utter joke. Just like Melania’s role on cyberbullying, which I think is an insult to women, completely.’
Almoooost as much of a joke as Mika’s obvious obsession with the Trump family, am I right? (JK – Mika is the only joke here.)
She went on to say that she also expected Chief of Staff John Kelly would be ‘forced to put out a nice statement about Ivanka and how effective she is’ in the wake of a CNN report that claimed he was annoyed with the decision to have her travel to South Korea on state business.
Brzenski noted that this would just ‘add to the joke.’
Scarborough then jumped in and said: ‘And Melania Trump continues to speak about cyberbullying…’
Brzezinski was still in a state of befuddlement however, cutting him off to mutter: ‘It’s beyond comprehension.’
Scarborough continued: ‘When you have her husband saying that a New York senator, actually implying that the New York senator would be willing to do sexual favors for campaign donations, and a thousand other attacks against women – you — and other people on Twitter.’
That is when Brzezinski really went after the pair, stating: ‘And furthermore insulting to women when you have women, these women, have been given fake jobs.’
Fake Jobs!!!! Is this the new fake news?
Scarborough then said Melania ‘needs to call out the president, or needs to stop talking about cyberbullying.’
He went on to explain: ‘Again, just choose, it’s fine. If you want to continue saying it’s okay for him to attack with his Twitter feed and online, that’s her choice. She has to live by it, but don’t say you are going to be a champion of cyberbullying.’
Then he too went after the First Daughter.
‘And Ivanka can’t play the daughter card if she’s the top diplomat representing this country,’ said Scarborough.
Brzezinski then again muttered: “It’s beyond comprehension.’
Willie Geist, who was in South Korea when Ivanka made her trip to the country, then chimed in, pointing out that she was the top diplomat because there has still not been an ambassador appointed to represent the United States in South Korea.
‘It’s beyond comprehension’, said Brzezinski once again.
GET A NEW LINE, MIKA. YOU SOUND LIKE A BROKEN TRUMP-DERANGED ROBOT.
‘And as you say, Ivanka can’t have it both ways. If you’re a white house senior advisor, she’s tough enough and smart enough to answer those questions. You can’t throw up the daughter card,’ said Geist.
Brzezinski then just laughed as the show went to commercial.
