We need to talk about last night’s Twitter purge.
Apparently, a bunch of conservatives woke up this morning and realized they lost a crapton of followers. I think Twitter’s official explanation has something to do with them “weeding out” Russian bots. Funny how Russian bots only follow conservatives, eh?
Needless to say, #TwitterLockOut is trending. Conservatives are furious, and libs are mocking them.
Who else lost thousands of followers overnight?

Twitter locked out a TON of conservatives from their accounts tonight and many people lost a crazy amount of followers because of it.
I lost over 1000 of them instantly.

Over night Conservatives were targeted by twitter, locked out & followers disappeared for displaying “automated behavior” according to the CEO of Twitter who evidently is related to Kim Jong-Un. Odd how when you go to #TwitterLockOut I’m only seeing conservative accts 🤔🤔 pic.twitter.com/AZSMYeGZiQ

I lost nearly 1,100 followers since I went to bed last night and I am not alone. Twitter is censoring conservative voices. #TwitterLockOut

I want to offer my thoughts and payers to the millions of Russian bots who lost their lives last night, and the millions of GOP votes that just went up in smoke. #TwitterLockOut

The far right is more upset they lost fake Russian bot followers last night than they were about the loss of 17 lives in Florida.#TwitterLockOut

Gross and totally inaccurate.
🚨 If you were locked out of your account or lost a lot of your followers last night please RETWEET this tweet. We must stand united & NEVER have our voices silenced on Twitter! 🎯#FreeSpeechForAll #TwitterLockOut pic.twitter.com/DnLzdUopoo

#TwitterLockout demonstrates that @Jack has done more to push back against Russian digital interference than the US government run by Donald Trump
— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) February 21, 2018
I lost 2200 followers overnight. #TwitterLockOut
— Lori Hendry (@Lrihendry) February 21, 2018
The fact that the Left is mocking those who have been affected by #TwitterLockOut is proof that they only targeted Conservatives.
— Mark Pantano (@TheMarkPantano) February 21, 2018
The #TwitterLockOut is a sign of the left's desperation.
We are out-numbering them on their own media site.
We are no longer silent.
We are not bots.
I will keep flaming the leftards until I am shut-down for good.

#TwitterLockOut is a hashtag started by angry snowflakes who lost some of their bot “followers” overnight.
Read their whiny tweets if you need a laugh to start your day.— andy lassner (@andylassner) February 21, 2018
I don’t usually complain about stuff like this, but apparently it’s happening to other conservatives too. I lost two hundred followers between midnight and this morning, no explanation. #twitterlockout

Lefties thrilled that conservatives are missing followers this morning-
If your philosophy were truly better than than of the Republicans, you would not need or want to silence them. You'd enjoy showing that you had the superior argument.— Philip Schuyler (@FiveRights) February 21, 2018
Twitter's attack was not just a purge of bot accounts.
Proof: My account was locked.
No reasonable person can say my account is a bot account.
All original content. I hardly even retweet.
This was an attack on Conservatives under the guise of a bot purge.#TwitterLockOut
— Mark Pantano (@TheMarkPantano) February 21, 2018
That’s certainly what it looks like. Social media platforms continue to shamelessly squelch conservative voices.
