I truly hope you’re not implying by this tweet that teachers should be bringing weapons onto school property? Training for everyone on an individual basis is fine and dandy, but if there is a teacher bringing a gun onto school grounds, I have BIG problems with that.

CCW law already allows teachers to have guns on school grounds as long as they are locked in the vehicle. Teachers are already allowed to carry in school if the school district allows them too. Wake up and smell the coffee. Good guys with guns stop bad guys.

The class was FILLED in 20 minutes!

Pretty impressive when you consider that the class was reserved to Butler County school employees.

It goes to show that teachers and school administrators REFUSE to helplessly stand by as the kids they are tasked with protecting are harmed.

These teachers want to FIGHT BACK!

And this is NOT the only place in the country where this is happening…

Polk County, Fla. Sheriff Grady also raised the issue, and supported arming teachers to protect children from potential shooters.

Despite a concerted and predictable onslaught of pro-gun control activism by the political left and their media cohorts, the idea of armed teachers and school administrators seems like a logical step for many who don’t want to wait for D.C. bureaucrats to come up with some sort of unreasonable solution to the ongoing plague of school shootings.

A school in New Mexico where many of the teachers carry concealed firearms is earning high praise for being ahead of the game.
