The memo is public. You can read the entire thing here or here.
Basically, FBI and DOJ officials knew the truth behind the phony dossier, including Steele’s blatant bias– he said he was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president”– but chose to use it anyway.
Fox News’ Catherine Herridge said the FBI and DOJ relied on media reporting to lend credibility to the dossier, meaning there was a lot of “circular reporting” in this case.
I repeat, the senior DOJ and FBI officials KNEW about the origins of the shady dossier but excluded it from the FISA applications.
No WONDER why FBI and DOJ officials didn’t want any of us to know about this!
It appears that Christopher briefed members of the media – about his fake dossier – media reports it – and the DOJ uses the media reports in the FISA warrant application. Is that called collusion?

Reminder: Steele claims his dossier was based on Kremlin intelligence sources
We now know the FBI took Kremlin and Hillary campaign information and used it to spy on Trump

So we now know that a warrant to spy on the Trump team was issued based on media reports. The same media reporting based on information provided by an opposition research firm being paid by the DNC & Hillary Clinton. Congratulations Democrats, you now own the police-state. #MemoDay

No wonder CNN spent every minute of every day this entire week trying to downplay the FISA memo. This entire Russian Agent witch hunt was started using the Hillary Clinton funded, fake news Steele dossier, and Deep State FBI actors were in on it the whole time. #MemoDay

President Trump has reacted.
“A lot of people should be ashamed of themselves and much worse than that,” he stated.
