Optics Of Kennedy’s SOTU Rebuttal Were So Bad, Even FLAMING LIB Stephen Colbert Mocked Them

As Hannah mentioned last night, the Dems chose Rep. Joe Kennedy III to respond to the SOTU…

It was pretty pathetic.
