Two ‘Dreamers’ Have Been Arrested For Human Smuggling

Listen, I have no doubt that many DACA recipient ‘Dreamers’ are good, honest, hardworking people.

In fact, I have MET DACA recipients that are just that.

HOWEVER

There is danger in grouping everyone together.

Democrats want us to believe that ALL immigrants are hardworking, good people. That ALL DACA recipients are just “dreamer” kids who want a better future for themselves and are here illegally through no fault of their own. They would never commit (another) crime, and to think so would simply be RACIST!

UNTRUE.

DACA recipients, like EVERYONE ELSE are individuals, who should be judged and considered on their individual strengths, weaknesses, and merit. Some are wonderful, and some are capable of horrific evil… This is not “racist.” It’s far more racist to assume that all DACA recipients are one and the same.

Two men who were in the United States under the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program have been arrested on suspicion of human smuggling, federal officials said on Monday.

Border Patrol agents arrested the two men in separate incidents on January 24 and 25, 2018.

According to US Customs and Border Protection, the first incident occurred near Torrey Pines State Beach on January 24.

Agents then located the vehicle stopped on the side of Interstate 5 near Dairy Mart Road at around 12.10pm, and conducted an immigration check.

Three men were inside the vehicle. The agents found that the 20-year-old is a DACA recipient and his 22-year-old cousin is a Mexican national illegally residing in the US.

A 21-year-old Mexican national illegally in the US was also in the vehicle.

‘Both the driver and his cousin admitted their involvement with human smuggling in the area,’ according to Customs and Border Protection.

The driver, a beneficiary of DACA which has since expired, is currently being held in federal custody.

The second incident is unrelated, but similar:

According to agents, the second incident took place on Thursday around 8am when officials in east San Diego conducted an immigration check at the checkpoint.

Agents followed a blue Honda sedan to the checkpoint and questioned the driver, a 22-year-old Mexican national.

He allegedly admitted that he was performing scouting duties for a smuggling crew.

Agents also claim that he admitted that he was ‘coordinating with another driver of a vehicle to relay information related to Border Patrol operations in the area and the status of the Border Patrol checkpoint to aid in illegal smuggling’.

Border Patrol agents said the man resides in Riverside County as a DACA recipient.

Agents also found that the man had allegedly participated in alien smuggling on multiple occasions.

The man, in violation of the terms of his DACA status, is currently being held in Department of Homeland Security custody.

Despite what Dems may want you to believe, there is NOTHING compassionate about turning a blind eye to human smuggling. Smugglers, known as “coyotes” often take all the money their “clients” have for their smuggling services, and abandon their human cargo in the desert when they feel they may be at risk of getting caught.

Countless stories of death by heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration, etc. as well as horrific cases of sexual abuse and assault have come out of these human smuggling excursions.

The smugglers aren’t “trying to help people make a better life in the USA” … they’re trying to make a buck.
