Sen. Kamala Harris Believes A 20-Week Abortion Ban Is A ‘Women’s Rights’ Issue

Last year, the House passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The bill bans abortion after 20 weeks. At that point in a pregnancy, the baby is about 6 1/2 inches long, and he or she is capable of feeling pain. At that point in development, a baby has “a billion nerve cells on each side of his or her brain.”

Science. Isn’t it grand? Of course, Planned Parenthood is traumatized by this bill.

Not surprising. These are the same people who are adamantly against “The Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,” which would essentially make abortion staffers treat a baby who survives a botched abortion. Liberals are actually against that. They believe the child should be left for dead.

The fetus can definitively feel pain after 20 weeks. I couldn't care less if a women wanted to remove her kidney, get a tongue piercing, or inject testosterone. But the fetus has it's own seperate nervous system. The point is, the fetus isn't her body.
