Robert De Niro Goes Off In An Unexpected, Foul-Mouthed Rant On President Trump During Awards Show

It’s award show season. The self-congratulatory Hollywood blowhards love endlessly patting each other on the back. They can’t get enough of it.

Last night, there was another award show, and I was utterly unaware of it: It was the National Board Of Review Awards or something.

Never heard of it.

Robert de Niro introduced Meryl Streep and kissed her butt for a minute (he called her a hero and perfect and yada yada yada), but he ALSO went of on a bizarre tirade on President Trump, calling him a “f***ing idiot” and a “f**ing fool” and “jerkoff-in-chief.”

If you recall, de Niro also once said he’d like to punch Trump in the face, so there’s that too.

“This f***ing idiot is the President. It’s The Emperor’s New Clothes – the guy is a f***ing fool,” he stated.

He said the world is suffering under Trump, and he tried to defend #FakeNews outlets adding, “Our government today, with the propping [up] of our baby-in-chief – the jerkoff-in-chief I call him – has put the press under siege, trying to discredit it through outrageous attacks and lies.”

The press is “under siege”? No. It’s being held accountable for ONCE.

“And again, just like in 1971, the press is distinguishing itself with brave, exacting journalism,” he continued.

Robert De Niro used to be cool. His performance in ‘Goodfellas’ was out of this world.

But now De Niro has become a pansy. A loose-lipped, foul mouthed con man who makes movies just for money.

De Niro went from great actor to a dirty, washed up bum in a single generation.

In case you’re wondering, Joy Reid seems totally cool with it, because OF COURSE.

The irony of course is that Robert De Niro didn’t say anything about Trump that his own cabinet members, Rupert Murdoch and his rich supposed friends don’t reportedly say about him. He just said it in De Niro-ese (with lots of cussing).
