Popular YouTuber Causes Outrage For Mocking And Posting Video Of Dead Man Hanging In Tree

This is pretty messed up.

I had never heard of this guy before, but apparently Logan Paul is a popular YouTuber.

While the original video has been taken down, TMZ posted an edited version….

WARNING: the man has been mostly blurred out – but it’s still hard to watch. This is nowhere near as long or grisly as the original video (which was 15 minutes long), but I’ve posted it for context of why people are RIGHTFULLY upset with this guy…

He acts like a freaking idiot about this dead body… all while wearing a little alien cap. WTF is wrong with him?!

“I’venever had a more real moment than this” he says… as he giggles about a man who has recently committed suicide.

He has since apologized, but many think it’s too little, too late. According to TMZ:

Logan Paul is making a full mea culpa for posting a vlog showing a dead body he discovered in Japan … saying he only intended to raise awareness about suicide.

The famous YouTuber posted the original 15 minute video Sunday showing him and some friends venturing through a forest at the base of Japan’s Mount Fuji — otherwise known as “Suicide Forest” for the high number of self-inflicted deaths that happen there.

In the video — which is incredibly graphic — Logan and his crew stumble upon a dead body hanging from a tree. He comes up close to the body and zooms in while police are called.

As you might imagine, Logan caught a huge amount of backlash online — and he took down the video soon after. He also issued a lengthy apology Monday.

How did you not realize this before, idiot? He literally laughed about a man’s suicide in this video. He’s apologizing because he has to.
