Berlin Sets Up ‘Safe Zone’ For Women Ahead Of The City’s New Year’s Celebrations

It has come to this. Rape-y migrants are so out of control that Berlin has established a “safe zone” for women for the city’s upcoming New Year’s celebrations. They can’t repeat the horrific attacks during the 2015/2016 New Year’s celebrations in Cologne. Remember? Hundreds of women across the city were attacked. So this is the answer! Female safe zones.

Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to attend the New Year’s Eve party in Berlin on Sunday and security will be strict. Large bags, such as rucksacks, and alcoholic drinks will be banned at the Brandenburg Gate.

Women who have been assaulted or feel harassed will be able to get support at a special “safety zone”, staffed by the German Red Cross, on Ebertstrasse.

The city’s police have also issued advice to women, encouraging them to seek help if they feel threatened and to carry a small bag with no valuables.

In other words, prepare to be attacked. Wear a lampshade on your head. Look like crap, and carry a bag with nothing but breadcrumbs and old buttons in it. In the event that you DO get attacked, run to the safe zone. Problem solved.

I suppose it’s nice that Berlin is trying to address the issue ahead of time, but it’s totally the wrong approach. Do something about the perpetrators. Slap THEM back. To me, setting up a safe zone says, “Hey ladies. This is the new normal. Get used to it.”

How about you guys make the ENTIRE country safe from rapey migrants, huh? Weed out that nasty culture. Make BERLIN the “safe zone.”
