Confession: I don’t think I’ve ever had a MoonPie.
BUT…after reading this Twitter exchange… I might just be sold.
MoonPie has joined in as the next company to have a hilariously snarky social media presence… and I’m ALL ABOUT IT.
For example…
It all started innocent enough:
1 MoonPie = great
2 MoonPies = even better
50 MoonPies = wow loving this
100 MoonPies = seems like a lot but ok
666 MoonPies = uh oh
667 MoonPies = whew ha ha alright keep em coming— MoonPie (@MoonPie) December 15, 2017
You know, other than the satan reference, but ANYWAY… this chick felt the need to be negative:
Nobody likes moon pies
— Kaela Thompson (@KaelaDianne97) December 15, 2017
Be nice, Kaela.
Yes they do
— MoonPie (@MoonPie) December 15, 2017
Ok, great. BUT KAELA KEEEEPS PUSHING:
Oh, so sales are booming?
— Kaela Thompson (@KaelaDianne97) December 15, 2017
Yep
— MoonPie (@MoonPie) December 15, 2017
Ok… we’re done here.
NOPE. KAELA KEEPS TROLLING:
They should call you MoonBye because nobody likes you
— Kaela Thompson (@KaelaDianne97) December 15, 2017
That’s when MoonPie brings out the big guns:
They should call you Kayla because that’s how it’s supposed to be spelled
— MoonPie (@MoonPie) December 15, 2017
DAAAAAANG. MoonPie for the KNOCKOUT!
Hahahahhaha.
Then someone tries to get funny:
what does 69,420 moonpie mean
— Austin Braun ☃️ (@AustinOnSocial) December 15, 2017
Ugh. Take that stupid joke elsewhere, son.
MoonPie takes a swipe:
It means you shoved together some funny numbers hoping your reply would land
— MoonPie (@MoonPie) December 15, 2017
BUUUURN!
devastating own from a pancake shaped marshmallow
— rudy mustang (@rudy_mustang) December 15, 2017
When you put it like that…
THIS IS AWESOME.
