This Entire Family Is Transitioning…Including The Kids

Is this what peak insanity looks like? It has to be. It couldn’t possibly get any worse than this.

There’s an entire family in Queen Creek, Arizona that has come out as transgender. That’s right. The ENITRE FOUR PERSON FAMILY. They’ve decided that they’re all trans.

Let’s unravel this.

First we have Daniel Harrott, 41. She was born a female but believes she’s a male now. She’s the biological mother of the two children. Her partner is Shirley Austin (62), a biological male who thinks he’s a woman. They’re engaged. Then there are the kids– Mason (a girl, 11, who thinks she’s a boy) and Joshua (a boy, 13, who thinks he’s a girl).

I think I got that right…

“The whole family is in transition,” Shirley said.

What in the world?!?!

Daniel thinks trans people have been in his family for 100 years. His grandmother’s sister was what people used to call a “cross-dresser.” Her behavior scared his grandmother so much that she made sure when she had a daughter that she — Daniel’s mom — dressed feminine.

“Of course my mother just gave that same lesson: ‘This is not OK. You must be a girl. This is who you were born to be,” Daniel said.

He kept waiting for makeup and women’s clothing to feel right. But that never happened, not after he got married to a man, not after he gave birth to two kids. Then, just last year, Joshua wanted to join Girl Scouts – despite being raised a boy.

That’s when Daniel was introduced to a word he had never heard before: transgender.

“And when I finally looked it up, and I realized, ‘Oh my gosh, they’re trans, and I know it’s true – because I am, too, and it’s been my whole life,’” Daniel said.

And the rest is history. From there, her kids came out as trans, and she met Shirley.

Soon after, Joshua came out as a trans girl. Mason came out as a trans boy. Daniel knew to protect and support his kids, he had to live as his authentic self, too. So he cut his hair and went shopping — in the men’s section.

“I opened my eyes, looked in that dressing room mirror and went, ‘Oh this is it. This is perfect. This is me,’” he said.

About the same time, Daniel met Shirley, who was volunteering at a nonprofit for parents of trans youth. Like Daniel, Shirley had been married before. When she started transitioning, she figured she’d be single forever.

It’s a trans love story. Watch. Liberals will want this to be the next Pixar movie.

I don’t even really know what to say. My heart breaks for these kiddos. They’re so mentally messed up, and they’re not getting any help.

This is not the new normal and shouldn’t be treated as such. These people need help. These are kids. It reminds me of this story. It’s from last year, but it still happened.

Awful. A 4-year-old is NOT capable of deciding he (or she) wants to be the opposite sex.

Parenting. All of this is how NOT to do it. Society needs to stop embracing these serious mental illnesses. It’s toxic.
