President Trump has nominated several people for federal court judiciary appointments, and 5 were in a panel interview by members of Congress recently. One of those nominees, Matthew Spencer Petersen, couldn’t answer basic questions about courtroom procedures, and was GRILLED by Louisiana Republican Senator John Kennedy.
It was painful. BEHOLD:
Look – I think it’s fair to say that while Trump does sometimes make great staffing selections, he messes up on them about as often. Like Omarosa, for example. That chick is an opportunistic hag. And while I’m thoroughly entertained by him, Anthony Scaramucci is another example.
Trump’s a busy guy, and he’s got bigger fish to fry than worrying about judicial appointments, but they’re super important, and he needs experts to help him select the finest possible people for those appointments. Whoever is helping him do that is failing. Bigly.
