Omarosa Manigault Newman, the Trump administration official who we all know from “The Apprentice,” is resigning, effective Jan. 20th. For those wondering, she was officially the “director of communications for the White House Public Liaison Office.”

According to reports, she wants the chance “to pursue other opportunities.” But we know from the past that it’s basically the canned answer.

“Omarosa Manigault Newman resigned yesterday to pursue other opportunities,” Sanders said in a statement provided to the Washington Examiner. “Her departure will not be effective until January 20, 2018. We wish her the best in future endeavors and are grateful for her service.”
I should also add…some people say she was fired.
