Kayla Moore, Defending Husband Roy, Actually Said This Out Loud On Stage To An Audience. I Can’t.

Why is this the best GOP candidate Alabama could come up with?  WHY?

This happened, you guys.

OMG.  One of their attorneys is a Jew, you guys. 

And it wasn’t even just that. According to this, she basically offered up a “We have lots of black friends” defense too, saying, “Fake news would also have you think that my husband doesn’t support the black community. Yet my husband appointed the very first black marshal to the Alabama Supreme Court, Mr. Willie James. When he first took office as the chief justice many years ago he brought with him three people from Etowah County. Two were black, and one of them is here tonight.”

How does she not understand that when you’re hit with an accusation of racism or anti-semitism, that showing a few black and Jewish people that you are connected to is the WORST WAY TO DEFEND YOURSELF EVER?

I have no idea who’s going to win tonight in Alabama, but no matter what, Republicans lose. Even if Moore wins, he’ll be ostracized from Day One, and will be an enormous distraction. And if Doug Jones wins, well – obviously that’s awful. There is no good choice, and as I’ve said before, I’m glad I don’t have a vote in this race. UGGGGHHHH.
