Senior Producer Of Jake Tapper’s Show Gets The Boot

Gee– I can’t imagine why. (JK. You all know why.)

Teddy Davis, the senior producer of Jake Tapper’s show ” State of the Union,” has been fired. Why? over allegations of– you guessed it– sexual harassment.

“A comprehensive investigation was conducted as soon as this matter was brought to our attention. The behavior attributed to Mr. Davis does not align with the standards and values of CNN and Mr. Davis is no longer with the company,” a CNN spokesperson said in a statement.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, a CNN insider said there were far too many instances of Davis making women feel uncomfortable.

And in still more harassment news: @cnn tells me it dismissed Teddy Davis, senior producer of @jaketapper‘s “State of the Union” program, over behavior “that does not align with the standards and values of CNN.” Three women had complained about Davis.

Jake Tapper has responded.

I actually have so much more respect for Jake Tapper right now, just because there’s no indication that he’s a closet perv. Look what this world is doing to me.
