According to that sourcelink, an employee (and presumed nurse) at Indiana University Health named Taiyesha Baker tweeted this:
Nice, huh?
Now, a clever and competent reader of ours forwarded us the uncensored version of this photo, along with a response that indicated this horrific hag is a NURSE AT RILEY – which is the Children’s Hospital part of IU Health. BEHOLD:
I’ll tell you how they feel about it. They feel like doing an investigation about it.
IU Health spokesman Jason Fechner confirmed that Baker worked for the health system when the tweet was posted. He said human resources is investigating and will take appropriate action based on what it finds. He did not elaborate on the protocol for the investigation.
“IU Health is aware of several troubling posts on social media which appear to be from a recently hired IU Health employee,” Fechner said in a statement. “Our HR department continues to investigate the situation and the authenticity of the posts. During the investigation, that employee (who does not work at Riley Hospital for Children) will have no access to patient care.”
So that’s cool, I guess. An investigation, and no access to patient care in the meantime. And assuming their investigation results in a confirmation of this tweet originating from this employee, hopefully a dismissal.
Apparently, the account that sent out that tweet was deleted. I’m amazed that people are still this stupid about how the internet works. The internet is forever, and I’m relatively certain that if she hasn’t already, Tayeisha is about to learn a very valuable lesson about what’s appropriate for posting, and what isn’t.
PS. She’s a racist hag.
