LaVar Ball Would’ve Thanked Trump… If Trump Took His Son Back On Air Force One

This actually makes me sick. How stupid and self-centered can you be?

You know the story. Last week, three UCLA players– LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley and Jaden Hill– were detained in China for stealing. Trump ultimately secured their release.

Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!

The players eventually thanked Trump.

And they all lived happily ever after.

HA! Just kidding. LiAngelo Ball’s father, LaVar Ball, decided to act like a giant, ungrateful piece of crap.

“What was he over there for? Don’t tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out,” he said.

He really didn’t know why Trump was in China, you guys. FOR REAL.

“As long as my boy’s back here, I’m fine. I’m happy with how things were handled. A lot of people like to say a lot of things that they thought happened over there. Like I told him, ‘They try to make a big deal out of nothing sometimes,'” he said.

Um, they stole and could’ve faced years in prison in China. It is a big deal.

“I’m from LA. I’ve seen a lot worse things happen than a guy taking some glasses. My son has built up enough character that one bad decision doesn’t define him. Now if you can go back and say when he was 12 years old he was shoplifting and stealing cars and going wild, then that’s a different thing,” he added. “Everybody gets stuck on the negativity of some things and they get stuck on them too long. That’s not me. I handle what’s going on and then we go from there.”

He’s clearly missing the point.

Trump responded.

Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!

Shoplifting is a very big deal in China, as it should be (5-10 years in jail), but not to father LaVar. Should have gotten his son out during my next trip to China instead. China told them why they were released. Very ungrateful!

It gets worse. LaVar Ball appeared on CNN and said he would’ve thanked Trump if he brought his shoplifting son back on Air Force One. But since that didn’t happen? NOOOOPE!

FOR REAL.

“I would have said thank you if he would have put him on his plane and took him home,” Ball told CNN. “There’s a lot of room on that plane.”

Are you freaking kidding me? Your kid stole in China! Trump should’ve rewarded him by sticking him on Air Force One? Not to mention that Trump was on a trip, visiting MULTIPLE Asian nations. He didn’t have time to give your son star treatment.

Then again. This is coming from the same man who had no idea why Trump was in China in the first place.
