Janice Dickinson Just Scored A Win Against Bill Cosby

According to this, Bill Cosby is going to court twice next year, after a judge in CA ruled today that Janice Dickinson’s defamation case against him can move forward.

For those of you unfamiliar with Janice Dickinson, she basically looks exactly like a worse-for-the-wear Cindy Crawford and also Caitlyn Jenner. As I indicated in this post, they’re basically interchangeable to me anymore.

ANYWAY.

Janice Dickinson filed a complaint against Bill Cosby after his attorney said her allegations against him were an “outrageous defamatory lie.” Janice claims Bill Cosby drugged her up and sexually assaulted her in 1982. The attorney is also facing a court complaint, AND Janice could potentially recover all of her legal costs.

Her attorney? None other than Lisa Bloom, who issued this statement:

‘We appreciate the appellate court’s careful review of the facts and the law in this case, and today’s sweeping ruling in our favor. I look forward to taking Mr. Cosby’s deposition and to the trial of this important case, which is about a woman’s right speak out about sexual assault accusations without being publicly attacked in response.’

More about the incident:

Dickinson said her last memory of the night was of Cosby taking off his robe and climbing on top of her, and that the next morning she remembers ‘a lot of pain.’
The supermodel claimed the incident occurred in Lake Tahoe, California in 1982.
