November 19, 2017Eminem has a new album to promote, which is why he did that embarrassing little anti-Trump free-style thing.
If you haven’t heard it, it goes a little something like this:
“Should I pour this hot coffee all over Trump’s head. He’s a meany and I hate him.” -Eminem
It was super awkward.
Not surprisingly, so was his SNL appearance last night.
YIIIIIKES.
Not cool, man. Supes lame.
Surely he knows his new album sucks, or he wouldn’t have to resort to a “greatest hits” medley, right?
Eminem has taken a Twitter beating over his performance on Saturday Night Live.
The 45-year-old rapper’s performance was skewered on social media as some took shots at the entertainer for performing a medley of old hits.
The Detroit native delivered a rendition of his latest single Walk On Water from his forthcoming album Revival, while integrating elements of past hits such as Stan and Love The Way You Lie.
But the feedback wasn’t likely what Eminem and his label were looking for, with many grousing that the veteran rapper had lost a step and had to rely on past glories to win over the crowd.
Eminem’s doing a greatest hits medley on SNL. Does it feel to anyone else that he might retire during the end credits?

Someone’s about to get mad of me for posting “old” jokes about Eminem….
For the record… 45’s not old…. and there’s nothing WRONG with being 45. (My boyfriend is nearly 40. Seriously… I’m not an “omg everyone over 30 IS SO OLD millennial… I promise.)
That being said, there IS something wrong with being 45 and acting like a bratty 19 year old rapper.
That’s just embarrassing.
Grow up, Eminem… and let go of the fact you were ONCE relevant.
You’re not anymore…. and it’s getting awkward.
