Roy Moore’s Wife Accused Of Spreading #FakeNews

This is officially a sh*t show. I’m over it.

Roy Moore’s wife is standing firm. She’s supporting her husband and defending him tooth and nail. I’m certainly not suggesting that she shouldn’t. I just don’t know what to believe anymore. Moore could be completely innocent, OR the allegations could very well be true. We just don’t know. At the end of the day, people are going to have to vote without knowing for sure.

I don’t have a problem with Moore’s wife defending him, but she has to realize that spreading false information only makes her husband look worse.

Here’s what I mean.

Kayla Moore shared a Facebook post, claiming that the Old Hickory House wasn’t around until 2001. If that’s the case, then Beverly Young Nelson’s story can’t be true.

County probate judge's office says their computerized records only go back to ~2006, so that's a dead end, at least over the phone/online.

That doesn’t make him look very good…

I spent hours trying to track down whether Moore's wife's claim re: the restaurant was true. If so, would've blown huge hole in Young's story. In fact, the claim was false. It proves that his wife's defense is flailing and inaccurate. And a bunch of his supporters latched onto BS in a desperate attempt to discredit one of the multiple named accusers.

That’s my problem. If you’re going to challenge the accusers, use facts. Don’t make stuff up and try to mislead people.

Also, Kayla has been accused of recycling old endorsements from pastors.

Roy Moore & his wife literally took an old letter of support by 53 pastors, and forged it to make it seem like he was still supported AFTER the allegations of sexual assault on minors came out.

So far, multiple people named in the letter have demanded they be removed from it.
