George Takei has been accused of sexually assaulting a former model. This incident allegedly took place in the ’80s. The accuser, Scott R. Brunton, claims Takei tried to take advantage of him.
“We have the drink and he asks if I would like another,” Brunton told the Hollywood Reporter. “And I said sure. So, I have the second one, and then all of a sudden, I begin feeling very disoriented and dizzy, and I thought I was going to pass out. I said I need to sit down and he said sit over here and he had the giant yellow beanbag chair. So I sat down in that and leaned my head back and I must have passed out.”
Next thing he knew, Takei was allegedly “trying to get his hands down” his underwear. Brunton told him he didn’t want to “do this,” and Takei told him to relax.
“The next thing I remember I was coming to and he had my pants down around my ankles and he was groping my crotch and trying to get my underwear off and feeling me up at the same time, trying to get his hands down my underwear,” Brunton says. “I came to and said, ‘What are you doing?!’ I said, ‘I don’t want to do this.’ He goes, ‘You need to relax. I am just trying to make you comfortable. Get comfortable.’ And I said, ‘No. I don’t want to do this.’ And I pushed him off and he said, ‘OK, fine.’ And I said I am going to go and he said, ‘If you feel you must. You’re in no condition to drive.’ I said, ‘I don’t care I want to go.’ So I managed to get my pants up and compose myself and I was just shocked. I walked out and went to my car until I felt well enough to drive home, and that was that.”
Takei has denied the claims. He said he was “shocked and bewildered” by them.
Friends,
I’m writing to respond to the accusations made by Scott R. Bruton. I want to assure you all that I am as shocked and bewildered at these claims as you must feel reading them. /1

The events he describes back in the 1980s simply did not occur, and I do not know why he has claimed them now. I have wracked my brain to ask if I remember Mr. Brunton, and I cannot say I do. /2

But I do take these claims very seriously, and I wanted to provide my response thoughtfully and not out of the moment. /3

Right now it is a he said / he said situation, over alleged events nearly 40 years ago. But those that know me understand that non-consensual acts are so antithetical to my values and my practices, the very idea that someone would accuse me of this is quite personally painful. /4

Brad, who is 100 percent beside me on this, as my life partner of more than 30 years and now my husband, stands fully by my side. I cannot tell you how vital it has been to have his unwavering support and love in these difficult times. /5

Thanks to many of you for all the kind words and trust. It means so much to us.
Yours in gratitude,

He also tried to blame Russian bots.
Things got worse for Takei. You see, he recently sat down for an interview with Howard Stern and basically admitted to grabbing “skittish” men by the genitals in order to “persuade” them.
“Did you ever grab anyone by the cock against their will?” Stern asked.
“Some people that are kind of … umm … skittish or maybe … um … afraid and you’re trying to persuade…” Takei said.
It’s not like he ever grabbed anyone’s genitals at work though! That’s totally unprofessional. He would never do that!
“No, it wasn’t at work,” Takei said. “It was either in my home ― they came to my home.”
He said that. Listen for yourself.
Takei has finally addressed those controversial statements.
“Many have raised concern over a back-and-forth between Howard Stern and myself, where we joked about me touching men during my ‘Star Trek’ days 50 years ago. Out of context, I agree that the joke was distasteful, and I’m very sorry he and I made fun out of a serious matter,” he wrote.
Wait…that was a “joke”? It didn’t sound like a joke to me. Notice that’s always the left’s go-to answer. “It was a joke!”
“For decades, I have played the part of a ‘naughty gay grandpa’ when I visit Howard’s show, a caricature I now regret,” Takei continued. “But I want to be clear: I have never forced myself upon someone during a date. Sometimes my dates were the initiators, and sometimes I was. It was always by mutual consent. I see now that that it has come across poorly in the awkward sketch, and I apologize for playing along with Howard’s insinuation.”
“Non-consensual acts are anathema to me and my personal code of conduct, and I would never do something against anyone’s will, period,” he added.

GP “I’m sorry you misunderstood my sexual assault of you as a sexual assault. I was just playing a character. I call him ‘naughty gay grandpa.’ ” <= Takei

I did it… but I didn’t really mean it, ya’ll…

Just to recap, Takei claims it was a joke gone wrong. He’s so used to playing a “naughty gay grandpa” that he forgot that grabbing dudes’ junk isn’t OK…or something. It was an act, OK? Gosh.
