Ted Lieu is nothing more that an attention wh*re, so this little stunt of his shouldn’t surprise me… but it still annoys the living daylights out of me.
This manlet thinks he’s being a real HERO, doesn’t he?

He makes me sick.
Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) says he walked out of a moment of silence on the House floor for victims of the mass shooting in Texas, saying he “will not be silent” after yet another massacre.
Lieu posted a video on his Facebook page Monday night after the moment of silence, during which he said he was “heartbroken about the children and adults that were killed in the worst mass shooting in Texas history this Sunday.”
“My colleagues right now are doing a moment of silence in the House of Representatives’ chambers,” Lieu said. “I respect their right to do that and I myself have participated in many of them.”
“But I can’t do this again, I’ve been to too many moments of silences. In just my short period in congress three of the worst mass shootings in us history have occurred. I will not be silent.”
By “I will not be silent” he meant “I will not pass up this moment to get attention.”
Surely think little man realizes that moments of silence are out of respect for the dead.
How he thinks not respecting the dead is somehow “action” when it comes to solving the rash of unthinkable violence in America is beyond me.
His brain-dead supporters, however, all think this is SO GREAT!
“Thoughts and prayers” are a waste of time. “Moments of silence” for dead kids are a waste of time. Good for Rep. Ted Lieu!

I agree #DoSomethingGOP ,#politicize until something is done.Where are the “Right to Life” people? Born lives matter too.

I think most of us feel that way. Thoughts & prayers are nice, but they don’t help if we don’t back them up with appropriate actions.

Kudos to Rep Ted Lieu. @PRyan and his Republican cohorts can continue to exhibit disdain for the victims and zero commitment to gun control

Hear that? Republicans are exhibiting “disdain” for the victims.
They better understand that blood is on their hands as well as Trump’s. They can take preventative measures to help Save Lives.

No more silence. It’s time for voices of outrage followed by action. Do what’s best for the people not the NRA. Common sense gun laws
