Another Gold Star Widow Details Her Phone Call With Trump, And She Has A Much Different Story…

The conversation between President Trump and Gold Star widow Myeshia Johnson has been the subject of debate. It’s really sad. Myeshia lost her husband, Army Sgt. La David Johnson. She’s grieving. There’s no reason to make this political.

But…that’s just the world we live in.

She recently appeared on “Good Morning America” and expressed her disappointment in Trump.

I feel for her. Her husband is absolutely a hero, but I can’t help but notice that she admitted that she has deep, personal ties with the rodeo clown sh*t stirrer herself, Rep. Frederica Wilson.

Again, her husband is a hero, and she’s grieving. We all handle the process differently. I’m not going to hold her emotions against her. But it’s clear Trump meant no disrespect. Chief of Staff Kelly cleared it all up. If you haven’t listened to his explanation, you should.

Now, another Gold Star widow is speaking out, and she has a MUCH different story.

Special Forces soldier Bryan Black was among four soldiers killed in Niger earlier this month during a mission that remains somewhat unclear. The military is still trying to determine if the soldiers were randomly targeted or if they were led into an overwhelming ambush.

 

Michelle Black wants the nation to know her husband was more than a Special Forces soldier. He was also a master chess player and avid sportsman, she said, who spoke three languages, including Arabic and the local dialect in Niger, which made him something of a celebrity among his unit. She says most of all, he was an amazing husband and father.

He sounds like an amazing man.

“I know that I married a true hero, whether it would’ve been on the battlefield or just in life in general. When you have true moral integrity and you care that much for other people that you’re willing to put your life on the line,” she said, “you’re a hero whether it’s over there or here.”

Michelle is focusing on the well-being of her two boys, who are 9 and 11. I can’t imagine what they’re going through right now.

She also said she spoke with President Trump, who was nothing but “gracious.” He even spoke to her kids.

“I’m very grateful that he called and he spoke to the kids. And I think that the excitement from that made it a little better, even if it was just for a minute,” she said. “So, yeah he was very gracious and I appreciate anyone who calls cause, like I said, that takes quite a bit of bravery to call into that kind of situation.”

I feel for all of these families. We all grieve in different ways. But conveniently, MSM is ignoring Michelle Black’s interaction with the president. It’s not juicy enough for them.

What a shame.
