October 10, 2017Hillary Clinton hasn’t said a word about Harvey Weinstein. It’s perplexing. After all, she’s a champion of women everywhere forevermore! And it’s not like he was just some random Hollywood skeeze. He’s a mega donor. He hosted huge events for her. He played a big role. She was associated with him. Therefore, as a champion of women everywhere, she should say something.
The thing is, she can’t. Silence is her best option. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but CNN’s Alisyn Camerota nailed it. Hillary can’t say anything because of who she’s married to.
“So David Chalian, is this too dangerous a territory for Hillary Clinton to speak out about?” Camerota asked.
“No! I actually don’t understand this at all,” Chalian said.
“Well, because her husband was accused of things and so it gets into very dicey territory for her to condemn it so strongly, against Harvey Weinstein, and people say, why didn’t you ever speak out for the victims of Bill Clinton?”

It’s nice to see that they’re actually admitting that this is awkward for Hillary. Then again, it must be awkward for them too, because they’re basically admitting that Hillary is married to serial groper/rapist/scumbag.
