Well, apparently now she’s complaining that people don’t have sympathy for her…
A CBS legal executive fired for saying she had no sympathy for victims of the Las Vegas shooting has told police she is being harassed online, it has emerged.
Hayley Geftman-Gold, who was a vice president and senior legal counsel at CBS in New York, posted on Facebook that she was ‘not even sympathetic’ because ‘country music fans often are Republican gun-toters.’
The network said Monday that 41-year-old Geftman-Gold had violated the company’s standards by expressing deeply unacceptable views.
She has since told NYPD that she started getting threats on Facebook when her comments were widely shared on social media.
Officers are said to be investigating her complaint, according to the New York Post.
No word on what kind of “harassment” she’s receiving, though I have a feeling it’s not all that much worse than the harassment the chicks receive on a REGULAR basis…. just for being conservative.
I do not think ANYONE should be threatened with violence…. but as far as people telling this woman exactly what kind of scum they thinks she is….
