Clearly, Jerry Jones is in the business of pleasing people.
Before Monday Night Football’s national anthem, Jerry Jones took a knee with the entire Cowboys team.

The crowed booed, and rightly so.

However, they stood back up before the national anthem started. Both teams– the Cowboys and Cardinals– stood with arms linked.

I’m still irritated at Jerry Jones. It takes away everything he said before. What was the purpose of kneeling? What are they protesting? Inequality? PLEASE. Cry me a river. Name a REAL grievance, and back it up with facts.
The truth is, they don’t have a legitimate reason. This is about attention. Like I’ve said time and time again, this is the latest form of virtue-signaling. We stand to honor and acknowledge the sacrifice of those who make it POSSIBLE for us to enjoy this form of entertainment on a weekly basis. Without them, none of this would be possible. That’s why taking a knee is such a joke. You’re slapping our vets in the face.
Jerry Jones is caving to the pressure. He doesn’t have a backbone either. So disappointing.
