Liberal Writer Apologizes For #FakeNews That Resulted In Misogynistic Threats

There’s been a huuuuuuge to-do surrounding the fact that a liberal HuffPo and New York Magazine contributor tweeted out false information about NRA spokeswoman and conservative personality Dana Loesch.

Things got much, MUCH worse from there. She began receiving rape and death threats.

The writer of the original post has now apologized. In my opinion, WAY too little, WAAAAAY too late.

So, it took him over a week to come clean because he was sad that people were calling him a liar?! REALLY?! DANA RECEIVED DEATH AND RAPE THREATS BECAUSE OF YOU.

I do appreciate that he’s FINALLY stepping up to admit he was wrong. Many of his colleagues, however, refuse to delete the original tweets, and keep propagating a lie.

Others are saying the threats against her are appropriate, regardless.

First, she in NO WAY incited violence. Just because this douche doesn’t agree with her does not make her words “violent.”
