The AP Is Giving Parents “Tips” On Knowing If Their Kid Is Transgender

The AP used to write clear, unbiased, journalistic NEWS. They covered every side, and got the facts out.

This, unfortunately, is no longer the case. The AP is now just another leg of the Liberal MSM. It truly is a tragedy, really.

According to Daily Wire:

“How to know if your child is transgender,” was the headline of a Monday story from the AP.

 

In the piece, the news service gives tips for parents on how to figure out if their son is really a daughter, or vice versa. Consulting so-called “experts,” the article is meant to help parents empower their children to “call the shots in terms of their gender.”

 

“How can a parent know if their child is transgender? What separates a young boy who might be transgender from one with a vivid imagination who likes to dress up in his sister’s dresses? What do you do if your daughter tells you she’s a boy? The Associated Press spoke to gender experts to answer some of parents’ most commonly asked questions,” the story says.

 

Yes, there are now “gender experts.”

It’s…..insane. Honestly. Read this.

The important thing to ask is whether your child is in distress.

 

“Are you having daily battles about clothing before school?” Olson-Kennedy says. “There are some things that are pretty universal. Is this the kid that everyone is trying to give Mutant Ninja Turtles to, and what they really want is the gifts their sisters are getting?”

 

Using a child’s happiness and health as a guide is critical, she says.

It can also help for parents to get away somewhere with their child and allow the child to call the shots in terms of their gender, such as letting them use a different pronoun or wear a dress or other clothing of their choice, Olson-Kennedy says.

 

“Do it somewhere where you’re not going to see people you know, if that’s an issue for you,” she says. “Do a weekend as a different gender, and see what you learn.

 

“People have said this over and over again: ‘Oh, my God. I saw a side of my child I had never seen before.’”

Translation: Does your kid throw a fit when you dress him? (lots of kids do. kids are fussy.)

Dress him up like a girl for a weekend. If he likes the attention he’s getting from being a boy in a princess dress, he’s trans. Inject him with hormones.

This is scary stuff, folks.

I think we’ve moved beyond “tolerance” for transgendered individuals, and in to promotion. We are now PROMOTING transgendered kids.
