Barack Obama On Sen. McCain’s Diagnosis: ‘Cancer Doesn’t Know What It’s Up Against. Give It Hell, John’

On Wednesday night, news broke that Sen. John McCain, who recently had a blood clot removed from above his left eye, has been diagnosed with brain cancer.

“On Friday, July 14, Sen. John McCain underwent a procedure to remove a blood clot from above his left eye at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix,” Mayo Clinic said in a statement. “Subsequent tissue pathology revealed that a primary brain tumor known as a glioblastoma was associated with the blood clot. Scanning done since the procedure (a minimally invasive craniotomy with an eyebrow incision) shows that the tissue of concern was completely resected by imaging criteria.”

“The Senator and his family are reviewing further treatment options with his Mayo Clinic care team. Treatment options may include a combination of chemotherapy and radiation,” the statement continued.

I don’t care if you don’t like McCain or the way he operates. This transcends politics. No one deserves to get cancer. He didn’t have this coming to him. So if you’re one of the individuals saying crap like “another Democrat bites the dust” or “Get real, this RINO doesn’t have a brain” or “This tumor explains him being an asshole” or “One word…karma!” or “The consequences of living a scumbag life and being one of the most scumbag people that’s ever lived” or “Look, I don’t find John McCain having a brain tumor sad at all… I think it was God’s will to finally get him out of office…Praise God!!” (all actual comments I’ve read on our original Facebook post), kindly GTFO of here. You’re disgusting. That is completely uncalled for. Don’t relish in someone’s tragedy. We’re better than that.
