Sometimes when I see Sally Kohn’s Twitter posts, I worry about her mental health. No, seriously. I’m being 100% honest. It’s no laughing matter. I think she truly needs some kind of professional help.
Take this tirade for instance. It’s almost like she’s wondering how good her chances are of getting a decades-dead Nazi leader to come on her show –
Serious question: If respectable news outlets were granted interview with Hitler, would they take it? Give him airtime? What’s right call?
— Sally Kohn (@sallykohn) May 11, 2017
On the one hand, can argue you’d wanna grill Hitler on his motives & shed light on his twisted mind. Other hand, audience for his hate.
— Sally Kohn (@sallykohn) May 11, 2017
And certainly complicated by hyper partisanship, that one side’s “hateful enemy of truth and freedom” is other side’s hero
— Sally Kohn (@sallykohn) May 11, 2017
Even more complicated by Trump. If gonna NOT give airtime to lying hatemongers, means not giving airtime to President of United States.
— Sally Kohn (@sallykohn) May 11, 2017
Ohhhhhh… she’s talking about Donald Trump. Okay. Now it makes a little more sense. Phew… good to know that Sally isn’t actually trying to commune with the dead.
But, yet again, it’s the same old tired “Trump Is Literally Hitler” dead horse that the left can’t stop beating into a bloody pulp (goodness – how did this post get so macabre?) Luckily, there are other people who are just as sick of the comparison as I am –
@sallykohn If a respected Ivy League school was granted an audience with a violent Holocaust denier, should it take it? https://t.co/AmTqUOdk77

Oh yeah – you all remember when Columbia hosted Mahmoud Ahmedinejad to speak? Good times.
@sallykohn Tell me more about “respectable news outlet”.
— H. Roark (@newaustinite) May 11, 2017
@sallykohn Well the lying hatemongers on the left sure get plenty of airtime.
— Ex-Republican David (@Dcoxboomer) May 11, 2017
@sallykohn If he were an American Democrat you at CNN would fawn over him.
— Transparency (@DemocratMascot) May 11, 2017
@sallykohn Serious question: Is that your subtle and nuanced way of comparing Trump to Hitler?
— Jack Sharkey (@EL_Sharkey) May 11, 2017
Subtle? Sally Kohn? Sally has all the subtlety of a Mack truck barreling down the freeway.
