Even though Ivanka Trump has never claimed to be a conservative, I admire the way she carries herself. She’s incredibly classy and put together. She doesn’t come off as screechy, angry or disingenuous. It’s refreshing. Plus, her fashion sense is on point.
Ivanka recently met with Planned Parenthood’s Cecile Richards. We’re still not 100% sure of the nature of the meeting, but you’d think rabid feminists would be dancing in the streets. The President’s highly influential daughter met with their favorite organization. Why aren’t they singing her praises? In the very least, isn’t that a sign she’s willing to listen and reach across the aisle, at least to some extent?
NOPE! She’s the spawn of Satan, so they’re unimpressed.
Cue Scarlett Johansson.
She spoke at the “Women in the World Summit” Thursday and slammed Ivanka for being too “old-fashioned.” The hairy pits crew is so over old-fashioned attributes, like being polite and not wearing plush vaginas on your head.
“I’ve been thinking a lot about Ivanka Trump actually very recently,” Johansson said Thursday. “Um, I’m sure you saw the interview she gave with Gail King yesterday. But, uh, it was kind of baffling, I have to say, it was really baffling. And you know I think you can’t have it both ways right?”
“If you take a job as a public advocate, then you must advocate publicly,” she continued. “And yesterday she said something which I found particularly disappointing. Which is that she felt the greatest change that she was going to, y’know, the biggest influence that she would have, or the change that she would make, actually would be behind closed doors, nobody would actually know that she had made this change.”
“I thought to myself, well that’s empowering!” she added.
Johansson seems to be under the impression that women need to be loud, obnoxious, rude, skanky and insufferable in order to be effective. That’s how women get a point across in the modern age. If you actually believe a woman can be effective by remaining soft-spoken and poised, you’re mistaken. You’re bowing down to the patriarchy.
“How old fashioned!” Johansson said. “Y’know this idea that behind a great man is a great woman, what about being in front of that person, or next to them, or standing on your own? You know what I mean, it’s so, it’s such an old fashioned concept that to be this powerful woman you can’t appear to be concerned with like that somebody is going to think that you’re b**chy, or that you’re, ah, I think powerful women often get concerned that they’re gonna be seen in this unforgiven light, and y’know screw that!”
Class and tact are so passé. It’s time Ivanka embraces modern feminist methods. Recite period poetry! Contemplate blowing up the White House! Knit a p*ssy hat!
“It’s so old-fashioned and it’s so uninspired,” Johansson added. “And actually, really cowardly. And I was just so disappointed by that interview she gave yesterday.”

Right. See this?
THAT’S inspiring. GAWD Ivanka. You refuse to wear a p*ssy hat. You’re such a coward.
