October 21, 2016A few weeks back, I shared some hate mail we received, because I know how much our clever and competent readers enjoy getting a peek at some of the liberal crazy that comes our way. If you missed out, and you enjoy seeing liberal crazy (and our response to it), by all means, catch up right here. For those of you who are EXTRA clever and competent, you might have noticed a sneaky little tidbit I put in that post. Specifically, the line that said, “There are four of us writers here at Chicks on the Right (soon to be five – more on that later!), and we have different reasons for supporting Trump.”
Raise your hand if you noticed that line. Is your hand raised? Because if it is, YOU ARE AWESOME. If it isn’t, no worries. You’re about to get all caught up, because you guys:
WE HAVE HIRED ANOTHER WRITER OMG YAAAAAAY!
We basically hit the Chick jackpot when we hired Miss CJ and then Red Dawn (Hannah Bleau) almost two years ago, and now we feel like the luckiest Chicks ever, because this weekend, you’ll get to meet Kimber, the newest addition to the Chicks family.
Kimber will introduce herself to you on Saturday, and you’ll be seeing her work on weekends! As a result, you’ll see more of Red Dawn during the week, helping out Miss CJ on Thursdays and Fridays in addition to writing M-W.
I can’t even begin to express how excited we are about Kimber joining the team. First of all, she’s an Indy chick, and we knew she was a perfect fit from basically the moment we met her. Kimber’s a professional writer with two Masters degrees, she’s a millennial who used to be a liberal, and she is also an immigrant from Mexico (and therefore bilingual and TOTALLY LISTA to be a Chick on the Right.)

Anyway, we were basically blown away by how smart and completely hilarious Kimber was. Plus, she’s nauseatingly adorable. I’m absolutely certain that y’all are going to love her.
Like I said, Kimber will introduce herself more thoroughly this weekend, but I wanted y’all to be aware that you’ll soon be seeing posts by a new Chick! We’re beyond excited to grow our little team a little more. Do us a favor, and welcome her warmly, won’t you?
