I’m sure you’ve seen the commercials for Shriners Hospital for Children. And if you’re anything like me, this little boy stole your heart.
His name’s Alec Cabacungan, and he is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I seriously want to bake this kid a cake and hug him because he’s just sooooo sweet and huggable.
He was diagnosed with a “brittle bone disease,” Osteogenesis Imperfecta. He’s broken 60 bones in his lifetime.
He was on “Fox and Friends” on Friday and talked about how Shriners has a special place in his heart and added, “Because of Shriners, I can play wheelchair basketball, I can play wheelchair softball.”
Cabacungan wants to be a sports anchor one day, and Shriners helped one of his dreams come true. Back in April, he interviewed some of the NFL draftees. I mean, look at him!

“With my commercials, I love helping Shriners ‘cause they’ve helped me so much,” he said. “It’s the least I could do.”
