So last year in April, shortly after Ashley Judd's beloved Kentucky Wildcats won the NCAA championship, she showed up on the Jimmy Kimmel show and said this, about Louisville Cardinal fans:
Hear that? Hell is filled with Louisville fans. NICE.
But yesterday, in a sharp, and very political, Obama-esque turnaround, Ashley tweeted this:
So apparently now that she's got to try to win over the people of Kentucky, she's no longer claiming that hell is filled with Cards fans. Now, if they win it all, their success "lifts all Kentucky."
I've got to hand it to her. That's some good politicking right there. She can go back on her words, and then say basically the exact opposite with a coating of chocolate and sprinkles for good measure, and do it with the same ease as Obama and his entire administration can.
She fits right in with them, frankly.
But I'm not sure what she fits into when she does this.
My nightmares, maybe?
