What Do We Want? MEDIOCRITY! When Do We Want It? NOW!

Doesn't this just say it all?

This perfectly describes the eventual outcome of liberals' desire for "fairness."  It's what the term "Harrison Bergeronification" that Daisy and I throw around is all about.  I said that term to her for the first time in October of 2008, just 8 days before the election.  And I wrote about it then too.  Those were the days when I couldn't help get political over at my other site, and I would get constantly criticized for it, and so I will be ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for the day that Daisy had the brilliant idea of starting up a whole new website of our own where we could get as political as we wanted to. 

It may seem farfetched to think that there would ever come a day that there is a Chief Handicapper General, but this is precisely what liberals want, even though most of them are too blind to realize that's what their hysteria about fairness really means.

It's one of those stories that you read growing up, like 1984 or Animal Farm, and the impact doesn't hit you until years later, when you recall the story theme and can see it happening right in front of your very eyes.
