When Alyssa Milano isn’t using gun-related tragedies to urge people to vote for Democrats, she’s warning America of the DANGERS of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

She’s all, “He argued that banning assault weapons is unconstitutional.”

Um, that’s because 1.) “Assault weapons” aren’t A Thing and 2.) It would be unconstitutional.
