Dreamer Blasts Democrats For Using Them As Pawns

It’s not every day you hear a Dreamer as rational and honest as Hilario Yanez.

Yanez (he actually goes by “Eli, which I LOVE) appeared on “Fox & Friends Weekend” Saturday and spoke a little bit about the entire DACA debate. He was brought here when he was 1 and grew up with what he considers conservative values, and the evidence speaks for itself.

He likes President Trump. He says we should ditch the diversity lottery, and he’s all for the big, beautiful wall.

“At the end of the day, here’s a guy who wants to provide a pathway to citizenship for myself and, you know, really make a difference in my life,” Yanez said. “I’m for that. Also, I believe we need to have border security so this doesn’t happen again.”

“And if a wall is necessary to provide another layer for border security to do their job in a safe and responsible manner, then, you know, I think it’s necessary to fund it,” he added. “The diversity lottery — I think it’s outdated, I think it’s time for people who want to come to the United States to focus on skills so they can contribute to the American economy.”

Oh yeah. And he admitted that the Democrats– Pelosi and Schumer specifically– are using Dreamers as pawns.

“The Democratic leadership, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, really have no clear message,” he said. “We have been confused, I think at the end of the day they have been using us as pawns.”

“We should have never shut down the government over DACA,” he continued. “We should have never held our American people and our military hostage.”

This is a guy who gets “goosebumps” when the national anthem plays. This is the kind of Dreamer I can find more compassion for. He doesn’t seem entitled. He seems willing to work hard, and he loves this country to his core. Why don’t we see more Dreamers like him? Most of the Dreamers who make the news are obnoxious entitled jerks who demand special treatment.

Yanez added that he would “do anything to serve this country, to die for this country.”

He’s stirred the pot. “Using Us As Pawns” is trending. Some liberals are convinced this is the work of Russian bots, because of course they believe that. They probably believe Yanez is nothing more than a very realistic robot programmed by Russia too.
