In today’s “let this be a case study moving forward, shall we?” news, I wrote about 12-year old Jaiden yesterday and his patch-wearing. He was kicked out of class for DARING to wear the Gadsden flag, which one school official claimed was racist. But let’s face it – because this story got so much attention, the school ended up caving. And bravo for that.

Breaking: Jaiden returned to school today after being told to remove his ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ patch. Not only is he still wearing it but it looks like he’s also running VP using Ron Paul’s REVOLUTION/LOVE logo! 🔥

The based hero we didn’t see coming but that we all needed! pic.twitter.com/6JGvlP0KaK
Imagine if Jaiden and his mom didn’t push back. There would be no viral clips, and the truth would be squelched more and more. The “racist” narrative would prevail in a public school setting. How just is that?

God bless them for doing the right thing. Let this be a lesson for all of us. Teach your kids to never be silenced. EVER.

Without some serious “judge shopping” the school stood no chance in defying this kid’s 1st Amendment rights. The student exhibits way more sense than the snowflake teaching him.
These people are so hell bent on demonizing anything “right wing” that their brains will short circuit it to any of the various *isms and *phobias just by a loose correlation.
